Do you suffer from irritable bowel symptoms?

What is SIBO?
SIBO is a bacterial overgrowth in the small intestine, which is typically home to very few bacteria. These bacteria feed on FODMAPs (fibers) to generate energy, producing gases and toxins in the process. This leads to symptoms similar to irritable bowel syndrome. However, with targeted measures, this imbalance can often be effectively managed. Want to learn more? Then our SIBO Academy® online course is the perfect place for you.
DR. THOMAS BACHARACH
Your specialist for SIBO and gut health
Throughout my childhood, adolescence, and early adulthood, I was plagued by abdominal pain and changes in bowel movements. All tests came back normal—classic irritable bowel syndrome or, as I later discovered, Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO). I was intolerant to various foods and had to eliminate them from my diet as early as elementary school. Due to this intense experience, I have been continuing my education in gut health for over 10 years. A key to helping many people was understanding SIBO. My goal is to share my knowledge with you to help as many people as possible with digestive issues.
